Custom module

In the left panel is a custom module I built by following a tutorial on drupal.org. The module produces a list of all content (blog, story, page, anything) created in the last 28 days. In the right panel is a custom module I built by following a tutorial on drupal.org. The css styling needs some help. (Oops... this has been removed.) The style I'm currently using was created for a LIST of links, so each list item got a bullet. My module is not producing a list at this point... just a bunch of links separated by BREAKS. I need to look into getting the module to produce a LIST. Or at least styling the module output so that the links are easier to see.
